Standard Shipping

We offer Free shipping over $120 or standard $10 Australia unless stated otherwise

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL RATE $15.95 (6-27DAYS)

Estimated Delivery Times

Please allow 5–21 business days for standard delivery, depending on your location and the item ordered.

Some products may arrive sooner, while others — particularly those made-to-order or shipped internationally — may take a little longer. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping availability and delivery times can vary depending on your location and the item’s fulfillment partner. As many of our products are made to order, your order may arrive in separate parcels if fulfilled by different suppliers.

Please note: Some international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes (including VAT) upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

If an item is temporarily out of stock or delayed, we’ll notify you via email as soon as possible.


Express Shipping Upgrade

Need it sooner? We offer Express Shipping for a flat rate of $12.95 AUD, available Australia-wide and internationally where applicable or otherwise stated.

If Express Shipping is available for your order, it will appear automatically at checkout as an option. If it doesn’t appear, that means the item is not eligible for express delivery.

Please note: Some bulky or fragile products (such as candles or flasks) may not qualify for express shipping. In these cases, only standard shipping will be offered at checkout.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

     
  • Unused
  •  
  • In its original condition
  •  
  • All original tags and labels are still attached
  •  
  • Returned with proof of purchase

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding return postage fees). Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue: shine@wakelove.com.au
